We leverage state-of-the-art proptech to streamline management of our properties, empowering residents and owners to easily connect with us whenever and however they prefer. For residents, our technology makes leasing a home, paying rent, submitting service requests and managing their accounts convenient. Owners enjoy real-time access to the status of their property, as well as peace of mind that every effort is being made to keep their homes occupied and well maintained.

Peter Jakel is a Colorado licensed employing broker and president and owner of PMI Aspire. He has more than a dozen years of experience in the real estate property management industry, having consulted some of the largest property managers in the country. As an industry veteran, he is passionate about creating amazing living experiences for residents and helping property owners maximize property value.
Peter is a Colorado native with a Bachelor of Science in journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a master’s in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Phoenix. He lives in Littleton, CO with his wife, four kids and two dogs.

Monika is a Colorado licensed associate broker and director of residential operations for PMI Aspire. With more than 10 years of experience in the property management industry, Monika currently oversees daily operations and leads the operations team to ensure the smooth management of residential properties. Monika acts as the main point of contact between property owners and residents, handling communication, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Her extensive knowledge of real estate and fair housing laws allows her to maintain full legal compliance while delivering high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Outside of work, Monika enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and traveling.

With more than 40 years of maintenance experience, Rich leads the maintenance function for properties located in Boulder County. He’s responsible for all things maintenance from groundskeeping and equipment maintenance to home repairs. In total, Rich has 25 years of experience as an equipment manager and 16 more as a maintenance coordinator in property management. Prior to entering property management, Rich was the co-owner of E&E Backhoe and Trucking and owner of JBT Auto sales, and JJJ Sales.

Adam Ramsey is a Colorado licensed associate broker and BDM of PMI Aspire. He brings over 15 years of combined property management and real estate experience across Wisconsin and Colorado. With a degree in Finance and Marketing and a minor in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, he has a strong foundation in both the financial and strategic side of real estate investment.
Throughout his career, Adam has worked closely with all types of investors, giving him a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to grow and manage a successful real estate portfolio.

As a Colorado native with over 25 years of experience in real estate property management—and more than 20 years specializing in community association management—Janet brings a deep understanding and a practical, solution-oriented approach to supporting homeowners' associations (HOAs) and residential communities. Throughout her career, Janet has had the privilege of working with a wide range of communities, including small live/work developments, condominiums, and single-family home communities of all sizes. Janet believes in forming strong, respectful partnerships with Boards of Directors, working as a unified team to guide and support their efforts for the long-term benefit of the community. Janet is also passionate about mentorship and education—sharing her knowledge and experience to train and inspire the next generation of HOA managers. Empowering others in this field helps ensure that communities continue to thrive under skilled, thoughtful leadership.

Keller serves as the Manager of Finance and Accounting for PMI Aspire, where he manages financial operations and compliance for all HOAs and residential properties. In this role, he oversees and manages all accounting and finance staff and maintains positive relationships with owners and residents. Keller earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Edward’s University, where he built a strong foundation in accounting and digital business practices. His background also includes experience in customer service and logistics, giving him a versatile skill set that emphasizes organization, adaptability, and problem-solving. Keller brings a detail-oriented approach to every project. His combined knowledge of accounting and digital tools allows him to contribute to the success and growth of the communities he serves.

Derrick is a skilled Maintenance Manager with extensive experience overseeing the upkeep and functionality of residential and commercial properties. With a strong background in building systems, vendor coordination, and preventive maintenance, derrick ensures properties remain efficient, and in excellent condition for residents and owners alike. Over the years, he has managed day-to-day maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping services, while ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards. Known for prompt response to resident and owner concerns and proactive maintenance strategies, Derrick excels at minimizing downtime, extending asset life, and controlling maintenance costs. With strong leadership skills and a commitment to customer service, Derrick works closely with property managers, contractors, and maintenance teams to deliver high-quality, reliable building services that enhance resident satisfaction and protect property value.
